We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused and with all original components
  • In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
  • With security seals intact (where applicable)
  • With its proof of purchase
  • With any free items that came with the product

To start a return, you must contact us at sales@godiscount.co.uk. If your return is accepted you will be provided with the RMA number and the return address via email.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the package to our address. Please retain proof of postage. We request that Goods be returned to us within 7 days of refund request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember all goods returned which are not dead on arrival i.e. do not work out of the box, will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item. Kindly note refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days.
